
I am a Fellow of the Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia.
Background
I received my PhD degree from the University of Manchester, UK. I have worked as a professor at the University of Manchester, RMIT University and currently at Monash University, Australia. I have written several books on Human Resource Management in China and I am author/co-author of more than 140 academic journal articles and book chapters.

- Digitalisation and implications for skill, employment and Human Resource Management (HRM)
- Employee resilience, HRM practices and engagement in the finance sector in the Asian region
- Organisational practices and management models in the care sector
- HRM in the care sector, including healthcare, aged care and disability care
