I joined the University of Liverpool Management School as a Lecturer in Digital Business and Data Analytics in February 2021. Previously I held the position of Lecturer in Information Systems at Sussex University Business School (2017 – 2021) and prior to this I was a post-doctoral researcher in the Information Systems department at IESE Business School (2015 – 2016). I was awarded my PhD in Warwick Business School.

Background

My expertise lies in the areas of digital innovation, business models and digital business strategy while my research interests include topics related to digital transformation as well as digital entrepreneurship. Katerina’s research has appeared at the top conferences in the field, including the International Conference on Information Systems, European Conference on Information Systems and the Academy of Management and she is currently developing a strong pipeline of manuscripts.
