Background
My research explores whether algorithmic-decision-making technologies in Talent Management can improve Equality, Diversity and Inclusion outcomes for Black professional women.
I have a BSc in Business studies (University of Salford; First), MSc in Management and Information Science; Change Development (University of Manchester: Distinction). I am a Certified Change Management Practitioner and, prior to commencing my doctoral research, I worked as a Change Consultant on various strategic change initiatives within the private and public sector.
