Initial research findings presented: Digitalisation of Employment Services

Associate Professor Jo Ingold presented initial findings from the UK phase of the Digitalisation of Employment Services research at the National Employment Services Conference in Canberra on 9th June. NESA is the peak body for employment services in Australia. The session was entitled ‘Employment Services in the Digital Age: What is the research telling us?’ and the panel comprised Jo, Dr Siobhan O’Sullivan (UNSW) and Prof Mark Considine (Melbourne) and Chris McMillan from ReadyTech, a leading provider of SaaS provider of employment services technology.
